Bubbler Pots

Bubbler Pots are used to discharge the water from your waterproofing system in your basement or roof downspouts to keep water away from your home. These devices can be installed in the yard and flush with the grass on the lawn so you can mow right over it. They are colored green to match your lawn, an excellent solution to a tough problem and predicament.

The water from your basement waterproofing system is discharged through the ice guard then to the Bubbler Pots typically ten(10) to twenty(20) away from the home. The Bubbler Pot is installed with a dry-well of stone underneath it. The bubbler pot is installed in the yard and flush with the grass on the lawn, so you can mow right over it. Some of the water, dependent upon soil conditions, may "bubble" up from the lid. It is colored green to match your lawn.

Natural Run off

Some basements do not require an electric sump pump. When the outside grade drops below the basement floor, bubbler pots are installed and water naturally leaves your basement by gravity. Bubbler pots are installed downgrade and allows water to flow into natural run off drainage ditches.
